Chef-owner Albino Silva's forte is Portuguese seafood, and his Adega has legions of regulars who heartily recommend it at every chance. Seafood is flown in fresh from various locations around the world, so the menu does change from time to time, but mainstays include grilled Peniche sardines with potatoes and parsley salsa, grilled chouriço sausage, stew with a variety of fish and shellfish, and the signature grilled octopus sauced with tomatoes, red onions, capers and olive oil. |
