Popular with Toronto's trendsetters, the Rosewater is housed in a beautiful building with wood and marble floors, two-story ceilings and luxurious banquettes. The globally inspired menu changes frequently to take advantage of seasonal produce – recent offerings have included pan-fried skate wing with white bean-artichoke barigoule, and a veal ribeye with artichoke, red onion, arugula and tarragon. The Rosewater also features extensive cheese and wine lists, and a chef's tasting menu is available.
