Food presentation is equally dramatic – expect your plate to be carefully composed, stacked, drizzled and decorated. Canadian produce receives special treatment here. Nova Scotia lobster is accompanied by a colorful tomato-avocado-bean salad; pumpkin gnocchi is tossed with spinach and artichoke hearts and topped with ricotta cheese; and rabbit loin is stuffed with garlic confit and field mushrooms then perfectly roasted. Service is attentive and professional, and the wine list is well chosen.
