From appetizers such as seared bluefin tuna with wasabi caviar, straight through to desserts like ricotta-hazelnut blintz accompanied by lindenberry preserves and maple-chai ice cream, the international influence is unmistakable. Traditional steaks and chops are also excellent, and sides are always inventive and flavorful.
